An email shows up= from a screen name I do not recognize, titled: Hey John.


Hi John,
This is a friend of you writing even though you do not know this screen name.
Just wanted to mention something to you. As being a large person myself, I have struggled with weight issues all my life. I have tried diets, workouts, and a combination of both. Pounds would come off only to come back with more of their friends. This past December, I decided to do something about my weight issues. Once and for all, I wanted to take control. Do not get scared yet, it is nothing serious. In just ten weeks, I am down 60 pounds and feeling wonderful. Not one issue.
So, what did I do? It is a simple procedure called Lap-Band. No surgery, no big scars, no big deal. Totally adjustable and/or removable. Check it out John, it has worked for me and lots of others just like me and it can work for you as well.
I am writing this letter to you as a friend. A friend that has shared conversation of our weight together. A friend who would love a friend of mine to enjoy the success I am enjoying. Please take this email in that vain.

John, besides the physical change, the mental change has been wonderful. I have become a different person both inside and out.
Funny thing John, when first getting this simple procedure, I was not going to share it with anyone. That said, my results are so great, I want my large friends to learn of this as well.
