Super Size Me
Bubba-
As we spoke of today- SUPER SIZE ME- the movie.
This guy does the EXACT OPPOSITE of you.
He switches to ALL MEALS AT MCDONALDS. If they don't sell it, he will not eat it.
In one month he gains 28.5 pounds and EVERY Medical score goes from good to awful.
Definitely a must see for anyone considering weight loss.
