SHRINKING EXPERIMENT

Bubba-

 

Tonight's shrinking experiment for me was GREEN KOOL AID.

 

I LOVE DIET COKE. I have drank it since 1986 when I switched after college during my second great shrinkage.

 

Since this is not going to be on the program list......well, it's freaking me out a tad.

 

So, tonight I went to the grocery store. Bought a package of Lemon Lime Kool Aid like I used to love as a kid. I took an empty, clean, 2 liter Diet Coke bottle and filled it not quite to the 2 liter point. 1/2 gallon = 64 ounces 2 liters = 67.6.

 

Using a funnel, I put the Kool Aid packet in, then added one cup of SPLENDA. Somehow it is made from sugar but has ZERO CALORIES. Mixed it up, and let it chill.

 

A few hours later, had a big glass. It was wonderful. Just like childhood.

 

I will give you a buzz in the next few days. I want to ask you about ANGER.  I've been ANGRY at lots of folks, mostly myself for letting myself get this big. ANGER is creeping out at my co workers, and I've been avoiding friends- friends that I am still debating telling about this or not.  I guess I've got some work to do, mostly about trust issues.

 

Oh well, off to another night's dreams of weird foods or scales measuring everything. My mind does run quite a lot now. I do wish that seminar was tonight instead of next week to help me do some more thinking.
